Are all silver jewelry pieces made from genuine 925 sterling silver?
Not all of our jewelry is made from genuine 925 sterling silver. In addition to authentic silver pieces, we also offer silver-plated jewelry to suit various preferences and budgets.

Is the online payment system on the Bijouxhub website secure?
Yes. We use several layers of security protocols, especially through our SSL certificate. This means all information is encrypted, and the payment process is 100% secure. You’ll see a small padlock icon in your browser’s address bar, indicating your online safety.

Can I place orders with a value below 500 RON?
No. This is a condition we cannot change as we are a wholesale jewelry store. However, there is no minimum quantity per product—you can order just one item of each—so long as the total order value exceeds 500 RON.

Are you a jewelry distributor? Where are you based?
Yes, we are a jewelry distributor based in Romania. We’ve worked for a long time with dedicated, trustworthy manufacturers. Our jewelry is regularly tested, and the production facilities are audited annually according to EU and US standards.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept card payments and bank transfers.

I’d like to order samples to check product quality before placing a larger order. How can I do that?
We understand how important quality is to our clients. That's why we’ve made it easier to order samples by lowering the minimum order value to just 450 RON. This allows you to minimize risk and try different pieces to see what best fits your store and clientele.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes. We offer volume discounts—the larger your order, the greater the discount. Please check our discount policy for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All items displayed on the website are in stock and will be prepared within 5–6 days of payment receipt, with delivery taking an additional 2–4 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an AWB tracking number via email to follow your package online.

If I don’t place my order immediately, will my cart be saved?
Yes, your shopping cart will retain the added items. However, quantities may change based on current stock. While you’re away, another customer might purchase the same products. In that case, you may not be able to order the original quantity. Our stock operates on a “first come, first served” basis.

Can you provide product photos for purchased items?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide images in the colors of your purchased items. These images are free to use but remain the property of Bijouxhub.ro.

Is it easy to reorder my favorite items?
Yes. Once logged in, go to the "Orders" section where you can view past orders. Click "Buy again" next to a previous order to open a new window listing all previously purchased items. Select the products and quantities you'd like to reorder, then click “Check out.”

Do you accept custom jewelry designs?
No, we do not accept custom designs, unless it involves personalized engraving in text form. Please contact us with specific details for more information.

How do I specify ring sizes when placing an order online?
Ring sizes and available quantities are listed on each product page. Rings without size listings are universal (adjustable). We use the international ring sizing standard, so you can check exactly what size you need.

How can I find out when an out-of-stock item becomes available?
We update our stock daily, but we currently don’t have an automatic notification system. You can manually check by searching the item number using the "Search Jewelry" feature. Alternatively, you can place a bulk order to ensure delivery of your favorite products within 14 weeks. More information is available on our Terms and Conditions page.

Are your silver jewelry pieces marked with "925"?
Yes, all silver jewelry is marked “925.” However, some items may lack the mark due to technical reasons (e.g., items too small or delicate). Please contact us if you have questions about specific items, and we’ll confirm whether they are properly marked.

Do you have a policy regarding the responsible sourcing of materials?
Bijouxhub guarantees that no conflict minerals are used in the manufacturing of our jewelry.

How can I order quantities larger than what’s currently in stock?
To place orders exceeding current stock quantities, please contact us at info@bijouxhub.ro.

What are the minimum order restrictions?
For in-stock items, the minimum order value is 500 RON with no quantity minimum. For bulk orders, the minimum is 100 pieces per jewelry type/size/color, with a total value of over €5,000. Production time is 10–12 weeks from the date we receive a 35% deposit.

Which delivery company do you use?
We work with FAN Courier for all shipments, as they offer the best security, tracking system, and pricing. Delivery time may be up to 4 business days depending on your location.

Do I have to pay import taxes?
Our company is based in Romania, an EU member state. Therefore, there are no import taxes for clients located within the EU.

I am a legal entity (company). Do I have to pay VAT?
We are a jewelry distributor. If you are a legal entity, please enter your company VAT number (CUI) in your account on our website. This exempts you from paying VAT on our site—you will pay it in your own country instead. If the VAT rate in your country is higher than 20%, we recommend paying VAT through our site to save time and money.
Our accounting department will verify the validity of your VAT number. If it's invalid, VAT will be charged before shipping.

What if I don’t like the products I ordered—can I return them?
Yes. We have a 7-day return policy for jewelry. You must notify us of your intention to return the items within 7 days of receiving them. Once we receive the returned products and confirm they are undamaged and unused, we will issue a credit invoice for the returned items. This credit can be used on your next order.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
